Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or after major sales events.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
  • We ship to Australian addresses only. For international shipping, please contact us for further assistance.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2-8 business days within Australia.
  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically within 1-4 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Notice: Due to shipping restrictions, batteries cannot be shipped by air and will be delivered via land or sea, which may add 2-3 extra working days to delivery times. If your order includes both adapters and batteries, we will ship everything together in a single dispatch.

 

Battery Shipments

Due to international safety restrictions, batteries can only be transported via Road or Sea.  Therefore, we have no choice but to use road service to ship batteries to our customers around the country.  Further information about this is available when you add a battery to your cart.  So, if you are placing an order for a laptop battery, please bear in mind that the delivery could be an additional 1-3 business days, based on your location.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your delivery.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not currently offer delivery to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.
  • In rare cases, we may experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues, etc.). We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.
  • We do not charge extra for processing or packaging.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. MacBook Battery Hub is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
