12-Month Warranty Overview

  • Your Warranty Coverage: All of our batteries and adapters come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty ensures that your products are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It covers any manufacturing defects, electrical issues, or failure of the product to function as advertised, provided the product is used correctly and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • What’s Covered: The warranty covers faults that arise under normal usage conditions. This includes issues such as faulty charging, product malfunction, or any defects that appear within the first 12 months. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

 

Warranty Process: Requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • How to Request an RMA: If you believe your product is faulty and you are within the 12-month warranty period, the first step is to contact our customer support team. You can do this by sending an email to support@yourstore.com with the following information:
    • Order Number or Proof of Purchase
    • Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
    • Photos or videos of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • What Happens Next: Once your request is received, our customer service team will review your case and, if the product is covered under warranty, we will send you an RMA authorization. This document will contain important information such as:
    • RMA number
    • Instructions on how to return the product (including shipping address and packing requirements)
    • Expected turnaround times for replacement or repair

Returning the Product – 7-Day Deadline

  • Dispatching the Faulty Product: After receiving the RMA details from us, you will have 7 days to return the product to our warehouse. This is to ensure that the issue is resolved in a timely manner and that your claim is processed without unnecessary delays.

  • Shipping the Product: Once you have the RMA details, carefully pack the product along with any accessories or parts that came with it (e.g., charging cables, adapters). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely at our warehouse.

  • Where to Send the Product: In the RMA email, we will provide you with the shipping address of our warehouse. Be sure to include the RMA number on the package to help us identify your return quickly.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse, unless the product is found to be defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Inspection and Resolution

  • Inspection of Returned Products: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it thoroughly to confirm the fault. If the product is found to be defective under the warranty terms, we will either:
    • Repair the product (if possible)
    • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item
    • Refund the purchase price (if repair or replacement is not possible)
  • Notification: You will be notified once the inspection is complete and we will inform you about the outcome (repair, replacement, or refund). This process usually takes between 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

 

Warranty Exclusions

  • Misuse or Accidental Damage: Please note that damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents (e.g., dropping the product, water damage) is not covered by the warranty.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any unauthorized repairs or alterations to the product will void the warranty.
  • General Wear and Tear: Warranty claims related to cosmetic damage or general wear and tear (e.g., scratches, surface marks) are not covered.
